Filtering SPAM that is sent to mail folder?

I can see that there is a "This is not spam" option, but there is not an option to filter spam that has gotten in the mail folder uninvitedly. Please add a SPAM filter so we could stop the senders forever... If I had accidentally hit the "not SPAM" button for "SPAM" filter, what should I do to change it and filter out FILTHY & UNSOLICITED mail? Please try and give the users of Yahoo an option to keep our mailboxes clean from unacceptable mail.

I don't think Yahoo really reads the answers, but I understand your frustration. Why don't you use Thunderbird to download your Yahoo mail, then you can have complete control over your spam filtering controlshttp://www.cybertopcops.com/review-mozilla-thunderbird.php
