照我理解，你的要求需要另外ACCESS軟件，建立「資料表」後，再建立「查詢」才有比較滿意的效果。

如果你的情況是已有一個填滿資料的「DATABASE」表格，而這表格是有heading欄位的表格的話，請試︰
1.先highlight全部heading的一行，按工具列的「資料」、「篩選」、「自動篩選」
2.此時有欄位名稱的heading都會出現了一個個的倒三角符號，每個三角符號按下去，你會發覺，該欄的資料已為你排序，這樣，要找你的資料便輕鬆多了！

You can use record macro to create a button for particular search for a text.

1 Tool--Macro--Record New Macro, a button with a square will show.
2 Press Control-F and type the string (e.g. Chan) you want to look at and press Find next.
3 Press the square button to stop recording macro.
4 Tool-customise, under the command tab, select Macro, drag a custom buttom to any tool bar
5 right click the custom button, select assign macro at bottm, (you should have only one macro recorded).
6 you can change the button image as well.

or u may use VLOOKUP function
