1) 跑步減肥和跳繩減肥有什麼壞處?

2) 跑步減肥和跳繩減肥會唔會對胸部不好?(因為有彈跳既動作)

3) 我睇到有人話跳繩唔算帶氧運動, 同跑步減肥唔同類, 所以跑步減肥會好d, 係咪真架? 如果跳繩跳足30分鐘, 咁又算唔算做帶氧運動呢? 但跳30分鐘係咪太耐呢?

4) 承上題, 但我又睇到d人話跳繩5分鐘=跑步30分鐘, 咁其實係邊個講法先岩? 好煩惱.....

唔好意思, 我好多問題....麻煩曬~~

1)唔好跑步減肥,because會脚粗ga~don't do it ar~
2)sorry,i don't know ,but i don't think so.........
3)算,唔係,30mins is ok ga la~
4)both of them is wrong ,減肥don't use these ....
eat more vegetable ,eat less meat la~
