shangri la ,blue water beach resort or plantation bay only if you want to stay in beach, if you want to play in casino or shooping WATER FRONT HOTEL IN mactan airport or Lahug cebu city ,better Lahug more bigger and very near to shopping center only 10min drive,marriot is also good but no casino and much expensive compare to water front ,i live in cebu

Parklane hotel is also very near to CASINO and shooping center maybe only 3300 with breakfast =HK 500,Marriot is near too but i dont know price maybe 700 HK,better water front lahug cebu city ,you can ask travel agency
