i was wondering when im writing a minutes, what is the difference between has and had?
when i should use has or when i should use had??

has是用於現在式,用在He,She,it之後,had是用於過去式!!

Has is the present tense.
and Had is the past & pp. &
Had is compare with 2 actions, had use the action before another.
For example:
1. Have you even been the church this week?
answer: I have been there yesterday.
or
answer: I have been gone to the church since I have had my breakfast.
explain: It is the action (having breakfast) before go to the church.

the had is past tense .But has is present tense.
e.g.He had a apple before.
e.g.He hasa apple.
e.g.He had a apple before.
