Shopping in Europe (Paris, Milan and London) Urgent!!

Will go to Europe on November, have several questions as below

1. Will stay in London for 2 days, might fall on weekend, are the shops open in weekend? what about the burberry warehouse, is it open in weekend too?

2. Any suggestions about the hotels near the shopping area in the countries i mentioned above (budget within EUR90-100 per night)

3. Is it safe to travel alone in Europe? anything need to take note? is it cold indeed now? not willing to bring too many colthes.

1. All shops will open during weekends, close about 7 pm. Shops will open Sunday from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm
Burberry warehouse at Hackney will also open for business on Saturday but not Sunday.
Please note shops in other EU countries do not open for business on Sunday.
2. Please log on to www.ichotels.com for holidayinn express , or www.accorhotel.com or ibishotel.com They all are budget hotels, price within your estimate, maybe include breakfast as well.
3. Not really a problem to travel alone, but you have to take alert of pickpockets, of course. The weather in November will gradually become cold, around 12-15C. You must have a thick coat (better of waterproof), a wool pullover or cardigan and some long sleeves T-shirts. You may feel really warm indoors.
