材料 (4人份)

蓬萊米1杯、水8杯、海哲皮1兩、蝦仁2兩 白魚肉1片、墨魚4兩、花生米1兩、干貝1個 米粉半兩

調味料

香菜少許、蔥、薑各少許、醬油1大匙 麻油1小匙 味精1小匙、鹽1/2小匙、酒1大匙、沙拉油

做法

米洗淨加竹干貝煮成粥。
海哲皮泡好,切成絲燙熟,加醬油、麻油、味精調味。
蝦仁、魚片、墨魚先以鹽、酒、味精調味後泡油至熟。
米粉炸脆後壓碎,蔥、薑切成絲。
將配料拌入熱稀飯裡即可食用。
