merchandiser 分３類

１）　buying office -- 客。落単。。看看進度。比較軽鬆。等退休最好。

2) trading office　-- 在１）＆３）中間。負責連絡客＆工場。自己意見ーlike to work in trading office. i can contact 2 different parties...more fun.

3) manufacturing --　常常上中国工場看生産。比較身tough.旦学到好多technique. if you are fresh, better start your career at manufacturing....because 老細prefer people have more knowledge even you go to buying office or trading.

merchandiser是什麼工作?
soucing (finding accessory / fabric) --> sample making --> promoting sample to client in order to get order --> bulk production --> delivery

是否專業人士呀？？
not like doctor, accountant....merchandiser don't have any international exams or certificate. but we require 専門知識in different field:
1) garments: knit, cut & sewn, woven, denim, fabric
2) sundries: papaer, box,.....
3) electronic
4) food

salary:
assistant merchandier -> no experience require. usually F.5. could speak english & mandarin -> HKD8000-10,000

merchandiser -> +2 years expereince -> 12,000-15,000

senior merchandiser -> +5 years -> 18,000 - 22,000

assistant merchandiser manager -> +10 years -> 24,000

merchandiser manager -> +30,000

quite easy to find job...and good future!

but OT is normal.
