Practise past paper even it's not the same syllabus anymore. The past paper is more difficult than your current syllabus. It's no harm to learn more skill. Syllabus has been changing from time to time cause the candidates are not performing through these years!
Watch English channels like Discovery Channels to learn more vocaburaries. Writing skill could be improved by reading newspaper (start from Young Post of SCMP if you don't read newspaper at all).
