What is the advantages & disadvantages of donating blood?

Men who donate blood have a reduced risk of heart attack, stroke and cancer. What about women? Is that okay for woman donate blood while she has period? Can women donate blood after 30 years old? What should I eat after I donated blood? I would like to know more about the advantages & disadvantages of donating blood. Thanks.

好处:-1.加速新陈代谢
2.能够帮助有需要的人得到血液救命
3.做到有意义的事,自己可以开心多一点.
坏处:-
没有
女人在经期时是不适合去捐血的.
女人是可以在三十岁后捐血的.
喝多点水就行了,不用吃甚麽补品.
