其實有d係冇限簽死1年約不過最起碼要住半年(佢地會講明)呢d都係你同業主 / 代理傾左先得 !!

If sign contract that also means it is protecting you too .
so they cannot increase the rent within one yr .
Some landlord accepts not sign dead contract and
also accept 1 month deposit only .
Becareful:
Check the water Tap , hot water , whole room electricty , Air-con ,
