i cannot really know about
which of the muscle is flexor and extensor
wt is their defination??
also,
the contract and relax between them had make me more difficult to classfy them
sometime i think the one contract is extensor, but the fact is not

Extensor is a muscle that its contraction leads to the extension of an extremity. For example, tricep is an extensor as when it contracts, your arm is extended.Flexor is a muscle that its contraction leads to the flexion of an extremity. For example, bicep is an flexor as when it contracts, your arm is bent.
They are antagonistic, i.e.when one of them contracts, the other one must relax.

extendor: when you contract that muscle, your body will extend.
flexor is the opposite.
