1. Excuse me, may I clear the dishes away?
Just be aware that some people might still be eating. Therefore it is best to ask
Excuse me, have you finished? ( hands indicating the dishes on the table. Usually they will know when you ask them this, that you are about to clear the dishes away )

2. Excuse me, would you like to order any drinks?
Excuse me, have you ordered any drinks?

3. Excuse me, would you like me to serve the desert now?

(1) May I take away your plates? Are you finished?
(2) Would you like coffee or tea? Could I get you some coffee or tea?
(3) Do you care for any desserts?

if you are trying to say that in a restaurant u have to use the word "bus"

may i bus the table for you?

just in case you don't know
those who work in the restaurants doing nothing but picking up dishes, they are called the busboy.

3. would you like to have your desert now?

1. Have you finished? Shall I clear the table/this for you now? or you can say, 'Have you finished? Would you like me to clear this/the table for you?'
2. What drink would you like? Have you ordered your drink yet? or May I take your drink order?
3. Are you ready for your dessert? (more colloquial)
Shall/Can I serve the dessert now? or Would you like me to serve the dessert now?

(1) 我可以收拾你的碗筷嗎? = May I take away your tablewares?
(2) 請想叫甚麼餐飲? which dining drink would you prefer, tea or coffee?
或餐飲叫了沒有? Have you ordered dining drink yet?
(3) 及問他現在可以上甜品嗎? May I serve the dessert?

其實有好多種唔同講法，呢d 只係比較有禮貌d 的說法，通常用係比較中上的餐廳。希望幫到你。
