特級經濟客位=Premium Economy Class
For Virgin Atlantic their Premium Economy Class provide bigger legroom, larger seats, more selection of meals, larger PTV etc over Economy Class... And sometimes Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy Class product could be use to compare with some airlines Business Class product...
Just like Economy Class, there are also a number of sub-class inside Premium Economy Class... Out of these sub-class, the cheapest is usually with the lowest price, but many restriction like no change of date are allowed and no refund etc... And also a shorter staying time at your destination...
And for the flexible fare, they are much more expensive than the lowest price, but the ticket is much more flexible which allow you to change date, refund for cancellation and a longer staying time at your destination usually 1year...
Although the 2 fares are still for the same Premium Economy Class product... But the condition and restrictions have an effect on the price... As if you want more flexible ticket, the price will be higher...
So if you have a fixed confirm date of both flying date, they you can go ahead with the lowest price Premium Economy Class... But if you are likely to change date and staying time, then it would be better off the buy the flexible more expensive Premium Economy Class ticket...

特級經濟客位 (lowest)：
特級經濟客位，顧名思義，比普通經濟客位好坐。但係呢個既價錢會比特級經濟客位 (fixable) 平。因為呢個係吸引D想要最平機票既顧客。
特級經濟客位 (fixable)：
呢個價錢會貴D，因為呢個既規定少D，例如停留日數長D，出發日期可以改，回程日期可以改……但係機上服務係一樣既。
