情緒問題!

我常常鬧情緒(約每星兩、三次;weekend尤其嚴重),精神完全集中不到去做自己訂下或要做的事(ex. studying)。請問各位有什么方法改善此狀况呢?

鬧情緒的原因很多,或許是生理因素或心理因素影響,可以是賀爾蒙、壓力過大或過度疲倦而影響。建議要有充足睡眠,做適量運動,注意均衡飲食,有心事與朋友傾談等。
若仍沒有改善的話,最好去看看醫生,求個安心吧!

如果情緒有問題仲係長期都會發生應該快小小睇醫生啦
因為可能會引至憂鬱症/焦慮症,原因我簡單,你會開始覺得自己點解會咁,成日不停咁問自己,又可能會攪到自己訓唔到成日都好累,咁就係一D開始有精神病架問題啦
最好就去睇一D精神科架醫生,睇下你係邊一種問題令你鬧情緒
之前有個好大型架講座係林夕架佢都係成日肚唔舒服攪到有焦慮症
個0個講座有個主講醫生叫周愛琳醫生,佢係精神科專科醫生呀,我睇佢卡片好勁架好多唔知咩學士院士架

I have tried that also after breaking up and being hurt by XXX First, you need to calm yourself down and find wht makes you 鬧情緒`` Think of wht you can do to calm yourself down. eating sweets and chocolate can control your temper. Drink water when you want to 鬧情緒,, or maybe call your fds.
精神集中<< you must have a calm mood so you can do/ finish the things you set.
