銀行及財務文憑 (Diploma in Banking and Finance)
本課程為有志從事銀行業及金融事務的人士而設，配合香港銀行學會 (Hong Kong
Institute of Bankers) 的「銀行業務證書」(The Banking Certificate) 專業考試而設計。學
員透過了解香港的銀行及金融財務體制和運作方式，認識國際銀行業務和相關行業
的發展情況。

學員報讀本課程，一般須具中五或以上學歷。
課程資料以英文為主，粵語授課，輔以英語。
學員可視乎其能力及時間修讀，於二至三年內完成。

課程包括下列八科專科進修課程，合共四百三十八小時：

ACC102 管理學及經濟學
ACC103 成本會計
ACC104 會計資訊科技應用
ACC106 香港商業法
ADM107 商業英文溝通

課程大綱



ACC101 財務會計
[Top]
教授會計學基本原理及概念、會計體系及方法的基礎應用。課程資料以英文為主，
粵語授課輔以英語。



ACC102 管理學及經濟學
[Top]
教授管理學及經濟學的基本原理、應用方法及原則。課程資料以英文為主，粵語授
課輔以英語。



ACC103 成本會計
[Top]
教授成本會計的基本原理、在各種商業環境下的應用方法和技巧。課程資料以英文
為主，粵語授課輔以英語。



ACC104 會計資訊科技應用
[Top]
教授會計行業環境中電腦系統的基本原理和應用方法，以及資訊科技的會計應用原則及限制。課程資料以英文為主，粵語授課輔以英語。



ACC106 香港商業法
[Top]
培養學員對香港商業法律制度的認識，使學員能根據法律條例處理實際的商業問題。課程資料以英文為主，粵語授課輔以英語。




ADM107 商業英文溝通
[Top]
教授英語傳意技巧，著重培養商業寫作能力，內容包括英文文法、商業用語和撰寫
各種形式的商業文件。



BSC4153 銀行制度及事務
[Top]
課程針對香港銀行學會專業試設計，教授學員有關本港和國際銀行業務及制度的基
本運作，內容包括四大範疇：銀行業務的運作，國際銀行業務、銀行及金融制度、
銀行借貸等。課程資料以英文為主，粵語授課輔以英語。



CHI103 中文商業傳意寫作
[Top]
本科共分兩部分。第一部分教授學員中、港、台商業環境下，應用中文的異同並
中文在商業傳播上的使用問題。第二部分教授如何書寫中港台的商業書信、會議文書、備忘、通告、貿易文件、商業合同、新聞稿、報刊廣告寫作及演講辭等。

Entry Requirements

For acceptance on the University of London degree programmes, applicants must have at least:

Be aged at least 17 years; AND
either, 2 passes at GCE 'A' Level / HKAL + 3 further subjects at GCSE / GCE 'O' Level / HKCEE (not less than "C");
or, 3 passes at GCE 'A' Level / HKAL + 1 further subject at GCSE / GCE 'O' Level / HKCEE (not less than "C");
or, 2 passes at GCE 'A' Level / HKAL + 2 further subjects at 'AS' Level.
A pass in Mathematics and English at GCSE / GCE 'O' Level / HKCEE (not less than "C")
Proof of competence in English acceptable to the University (at least equivalent to a grade C in English Language at GCSE/ GCE 'O' Level or a grade C in English Language (Syllabus B) at HKCEE)
Alternative Entry Route:
An alternative entry route will be through The University of London Diploma in Economics for external students studied through HKU SPACE. Holder of Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma / Diploma awarded by Hong Kong tertiary institution who do not fulfil the above requirements may also be considered.
