小妹上星期in咗話請,不過唔知做唔做好?有冇朋友係呢度做?我想知個底薪,係真係人工,定係要跑夠數先有?如果係contract期間,我resign係咪要補錢走架?我未做過保險,希望有經驗既朋友答答我~thx

我以前做過AIA Financial planner底薪個個唔同，係你同你個manager傾，睇下你有咩學歷
如果中五以上，約六千底薪加commission
如果中七以上，約八千底薪加commission
如果大學以上，約一萬以上底薪加commission
我以前：
底薪係真係人工，唔使到數都有。
contract期間resign唔使補錢走
呢d你都可以同你個manager傾，因為唔係個個一樣。
有d人工要還，有d唔到數冇錢‥你可以問佢。

要跑數的，睇返 contact。而 resign 後，好似會有 d 規則的，好似是 1 年後唔可以做返同行等等……
