i think u have to convert ur file to mpg format first!
u may use winavi and u can dl from
http://www.winavi.com

however, from my memory, alcohole only supports burning images or cd copying!
maybe i;m wrong!
but u must convert ur file to mpeg format first

alcohol係燒唔到VCD的
用Nero吧
