I have hypertension before pregnant.. it's 15 weeks now.. and the blood pressure is more or less the same as before pregnant.. 8x/140. I think 少鹽少糖多運動 is good already.. try you best to relax! I do listen to music most of the time.
may be you can buy a little blood pressure machine to keep monitoring your blood pressure at home. I found that it is extremely normal in the morning. One dr. told me, if my pressure in the morning is below 140/90.. everything is still ok!
I was drinking 涼瓜juice when I dont know I was pregnant.. it caused uterus muscle contraction.. my doctor told me to avoid 涼瓜!
