It is possible for you to transfer from Australia to PolyU.

The first thing you need to ask yourself is your GPA. How is your GPA? >3.3?

If yes, you can apply the degree course of PolyU from around the end of November.

You can enter the PolyU webpage and register online by entering the Non-Jupas System.

There are many cases transferred from associate degree and hi-diploma to degree, so you do not need to worry about the chance. But the possibility will be low if your GPA <3.3

i would suggest you complete the whole course in australia rather than come back to PolyU for the degree. the living standard plus all those temptation in HK are not cheap at all too. So, try whatever you can to complete there, find a part time job where not too difficult in any china town such as sussex street or your nearby to support your financial problem. if u study hotel mgt, normally there is a paid training period too.
