1, supercharger is all depends on the engine size, i think they can!2, It requires engine large size better to be over 2500cc.
3, No, it requires normal intercooler and does not need a blow off valve
4, manual is easy to reapir and less chance to experience failure.
5, I m sorry , no, supercharger is compress the fuel, not air supply so the air pressure is not so high

1. Yes, you can almost install a supercharger on any car.
2. There's no require. There's many supercharger kit for 1300cc and 1500cc.
3. No, because SC runs with belt, not pressure.
4. Because the speed of the gear change for the auto tranny is not faster than manual in the old day. Today, F1 is using the intelligant +/- tranny.
5. You can setup BOV alike parts without SC. I read about products can do such sound effect like BOV.
6. Damper's work is mostly compression and rebound. It can stable the car when you drive in rough condition. For example, if you drive thru a speed bump, your car will keep on bounce up and down without the damper. It controls the extra movement of the car.
