I am no expert, but I think Moilia is a typo. It should be Monilia which is also called Candida. It is the same as yeast infection and it is not uncommon and quite easy to treat.

Here is the direct quote from McKinley Health Center in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
"There is normally a small amount of yeast (Candida albicans) present in the vagina. A yeast infection occurs when there is an overabundance of yeast, often caused by a change in the pH balance of the vagina. Yeast infections are not usually sexually transmitted."
