before shipment,
prepare a shipping order. ask factory to arrange a certificate of Origin (for europe will be GSP FORM A)
after shipment,
issue sales invoice, packing list, form A issued by authority, B/L from shipping company
for garments made in china, before shipment need to apply from trade department an import licence and with copy of import licence as a supporting, apply a export licence. If you already have an account with trade department then you can fill in the licence yourselves and give the import licence to driver/shipping company who import your goods. and give export licence to shipping company after you shipped from hong kong.Do import / export declaration (if goods not ship into and out from hongkong then no need for I/E declaration
