如何寫辭職信？

作為打工仔，相信沒有多少人未嘗過撰寫辭職信。很多人以為辭職信並不重要，反正已決定離開任職機構，不過一封好的辭職信，也能該上司僱主留下好印象。
如果因為下列原因你打算辭掉職位：

§ 不獲公司重用或尊重
§ 因某些原因被迫辭職
§ 因健康、家庭或個人理由
§ 找到另一份更適合自己的工作

那麼，一封辭職信是不可缺少的。辭職信的作用，一方面可讓對方留下好印象，另一方面也可視為一份離職證明。

辭職信四大要素

書寫正式的辭職信，須具備以下四大要素：

a) 填寫適當受文者名稱及需要知會的上司。

b) 清楚寫出辭職的理由。

c) 感謝公司給予你工作機會，並在工作上獲得寶貴的技能及經驗。

d) .最後，祝願公司將來發展順利及作親筆簽署。


常用語句

以下一些句式可以幫助你撰寫辭職信：


As required by my contract…
一般用於信的開端，表示你清楚了解公司的要求，辭職的申請是根據合約上列明的程序。

I would like to express my sincere gratitude…
有禮貌地表達感謝，並感激公司曾給予機會。

I wish all of you a prosperous future…
這是一個好的結語，顯示你仍然關心公司未來的發展，並祝願公司生意成功。

May I take this opportunity to wish you all the very best for the future…
另一個結語方法是向公司送上誠意的祝福，畢竟你不能預計日後有返回的一天！
