their後面 o既 noun洗吾洗plural

突然想到...

1.
有人話過我知 our 同 their 後面個 noun 一定要plural, 事實是否如此?

2.
The difference between the dogs is their colors.
哩句個color要 s 定吾要~?

difference得一樣~ 所以單數~ so is the *is* ~
but *their* means *the two dog’s*, 兩隻狗有two different colors....
但前面係 *is*, 再之前係單數difference, 咁個 color 應該點???

✔ 最佳答案
Not necessarily.

Whether the noun after the word (our/your/their) should be singular or plural should depend on the quantity of the noun itself.

e.g.1 - I have three dogs. Their colours are different.

e.g. 2 - Jane and Mary are sisters. Their father works in the Bank.
