My suggestion:

前門區 - Business Zone (Front);
中間左邊區 - Business Zone (Centre-left Wing);
中間右邊區 - Business Zone (Centre-right Wing);
後面區 - Business Zone (Back);
貨倉區 - Warehouse or Stock Zone.

This shop is divided into different management area, namely the front door area, the middle-left area, the middle-right area, rearward/rear end area and the godown area/loading bank.

Note: If you dont want to repeat the word 'area' so many times, it is preferred to say the rearward and the loading bank.
