FOR A TEAM TO WORK WELL, I think the most important FACTOR is cooperation. Everyone in THE team HAS his own role and responsibility. THE best result can be achieved if EACH PERSON CONCENTRATES on HIS responsibility and PERFORMS TO THE BEST OF HIS ABILITY.

The most important factor for a team to work efficiently is co-operation. Every member of a team has his or her own role and responsibility. Best result can be achieved if all the team members concentrate on their responsibilities and play their according roles well.
