應該，因為二手煙會害人害己，包括二手煙中的煙霧中，會放出很多有害物質，其中一氧化碳、焦油、泥古丁的傷害是最大的，而且會浪費金錢、毀掉儀容丶容易發生火警等。

No. i think there should be smoking room or even an "all smoking restaurant", where even the waiter / waitress are smokers. This way, it won't affect other non-smokers. I think smokers should have the choice, as long as it doesn't affect others. People who go there can make their own choice and take their own risk.
