有一條中學會考題（關於labour productivity)唔明

Meaning:
Average labour productivity is the total product divided by total amount of labour used. Because amount of labour is measured by man hour, it means the average output per man hour of labour.

Method:
1. Better use of machine: use more capital and effiicient machine to replace labour.
E.g. More common use of Octopus card to replace ticket selling.
2. Better organization of factors of production: Better division of labour, use more incentive scheme like piece rate payment and profit sharing method, use right person to do the right thing.
E.g. Reorganization of staff in bank into different kinds like personal financial, counter tellers etc.
3. Better traing and education of workers can improve labour productivity.
E.g. more vocational training and university palce provided will increase overall labour productivity in HK.

If it is 1 mark only, no explanation is needed. But if it is 2 marks, explanation is a must. If it is 3 marks, example is also needed. Although that one in 1994 is 2 marks each, the present and future trend is only 1 mark each.
