do u mean mac? macintosh? if correct, firstly you need to install the chinese language for mac, then you can using the input method to type chinese text, like me. i can use cangjie or Pinyin to type chinese, but you need to type in traditional character if you using the kind of input method. otherwise you may use simplified input method so you can type in simplified. But don not worry now can use both character by only change the font type.
