What is the system being used for positioning in space?

On the surface of the earth, we have longitudes and latitudes as references to positions. What is the system being used for positioning planets, celestial bodies or space crafts in space?

As everything is moving in space, you need to consider some celestial body as "stationary" and describe others' position relative to the reference point.
