因為三級生產o的工作環境比較舒適..收入較穩定~
次級生產既工在香港呢D大城市都已經差不多冇哂...因此就業機會較低~
初級生產既工因為大多是很辛苦(例如:漁夫)..收入又唔穩定....所以好少人願意投身呢D行業~

!,90年代，香港金融業興起而較早前的次級生產多遷移往內地，令許多香港工人轉投第三級生產。
2,第二、三級生產的工作較安全，收入亦較穩定。
3,本港初級產業變得越來越不重要。

香港進行初級產業的條件不佳。

Agricultural growing, fishery & livestock, mining, all of these productions are associating with climate & weather, and availability of natural resources after many years of exploitation if it still can be enduring. The fates of these participants would be direct connected with what natural environment rather than they can control by their own.
Manufacturing sector would demand manpower of low educated labors, however, technologic advancement; automation by great leap in manufacturing brings down the worth of physical manpower for this sector --the Secondary sector

The tertiary sector requires higher educated workers serving for people rather than materials and machines in the primary and secondary sector. New generation who now has received higher education is reluctant to join the both sectors which are considered low quality of work life. They would prefer to dedicate their mentality for better income rather than physical power exhaustion
