我找了蒸枝竹魚蓉卷,奇異火龍炒牛柳,芹菜豆腐冬菇湯

蒸枝竹魚蓉卷 - Dried Beancurd and Fish Wrap

材料:1-2張腐竹皮...6 兩鯉魚蓉
調味:1/4 茶匙鹽....少許胡椒粉
做法:
1. 將鯉魚蓉加入調味料拌勻
2. 將腐竹皮剪至長形,然後放入1湯匙鯉魚蓉, 捲好.
3. 將所有捲好後,放在碟上,隔水蒸約20至25分鐘.

Ingredient:
1-2 pieces of dried beancurd wrap 6 taels of mud carp meat
Seasoning:
1/4 tsp of salt some pepper

Cooking Method:
1. Mix Mud carp meat with seasonings.
2. Cut Dried bean curd wrap in rectangular shape, then put in 1 tbsp of mud carp meat and wrap properly.
3. Wrap all, and put on a steaming plate, steam for 20-25 minutes. Serve

奇異火龍炒牛柳 Stir-fried Beef with Kiwifruits and Dragon Fruit

材料:奇異果2個(中型)....火龍果1個(大型)....厚切牛柳2片....蒜肉 3 粒(切碎)
醃料:日本清酒2茶匙....生抽 1 茶匙....生粉 2 茶匙....黑椒碎 少量
調味料:豉油1茶匙......糖 1/2 茶匙

烹調方法:
1)牛柳洗淨用廚房紙抹乾,切粗粒,下醃料拌勻,置半小時備用。
2)奇異果及火龍果去皮洗淨,切粗粒。
3)燒熱鑊下少量油及蒜蓉,將牛柳粒煎至一面微黃色,翻轉另一面煎至將熟,加入調味料、奇異果及火龍果炒勻即成。

Ingredients:Kiwifruits - 2 medium....Dragon fruit - 1 large....Beef fillets - 2 slices
Garlic - 3 cloves, chopped

Marinade:Japanese sake - 2 tsp....Light soy sauce - 1 tsp....Corn flour - 2 tsp
Ground black pepper - small amount

Seasoning:Soy sauce - 1 tsp.........Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Cooking Method:
1)Wash beef fillets and wipe off water with kitchen towel. Cut into big cubes and mix with marinade. Leave for half hour.
2)Peel kiwifruits and dragon fruit. Rinse and cut into big cubes.
3)Heat wok. Add small amount of oil. Fry garlic and beef cubes until one side of cubes turns golden brown. Fry the other side until almost done. Then mix in seasoning and fruit cubes. Stir-fry briefly and serve hot.

芹菜豆腐冬菇湯 Celery, Beancurd and Dried Black Mushroom Soup

材料:芹菜 1棵....豆腐 2件....冬菇 1兩
方法:
1)冬菇用清水浸軟,去蒂,備用,蒂留用。
2)芹菜去葉,切粒,備用。
3)煲滾4杯水,放入冬菇蒂煲滾,下豆腐及冬菇煲約20分鐘,灑上芹菜,加鹽調味即成。

Ingredient:1 celery....2 pieces beancurd.....38g dried black mushrooms

Cooking Method:
1) Soak mushrooms until soft. Cut the stalks off the caps. Reserve the stalks.
2) Dice celery.
3) Bring 4 cups of water to the boil. Add stalks of mushrooms. Bring to the boil. Add beancurd and mushrooms. Cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with celery. Season with salt and serve.
