I want to change the telecommunication service with my existing mobile phone number. Could you please advise me which company is good? My usage volume is not very high, thus I want to search for some relatively low monthly tariff and 2G plan is ok. Any recommendation? In addition, I don't mind signing contract because I want to buy relatively cheap mobile phone. Any discount on the mobile phone with 3G+touch screen (with smartphone function)?
