1. Will you want to go I plan place?
We seldom use "Will you want". We will say "Do you want". So the sentence becomes "Do you want to go to where I plan to go?"

2. I am very happy because yiu will on 28 of September come to Hong Kong.
yiu should be you? 28 of September is wrong. It should be the 28th of September. It should be corrected as "I am very happy because you will come to Hong Kong on the 28th of September.

3. I look forward to see you soon.
I look forward to -- a noun afterwards. So it should be "I look forward to seeing you soon".

4. ivery happy it is because you come to Hong Kong next week.
Correct to "I am very happy because you will come to Hong Kong next week."

5. We eat lunch at Japan restaurant.
We seldom use present tense here. We use have for lunch. Correct to either "We had lunch at a Japanese restaurant"

6. I’m very happy you come from Hong Kong.
Revised to "I am very happy as you are coming from Hong Kong." .. Strange Sentence

7. Then we will‘by ferry’to Lantau Island visit Big Buddha.
Changed to "Then we will go by ferry to Lantau Island to visit the Big Buddha"

8. We will by ferry to Central, by bus to go to Ocean Park, paly mobile games, seen a panda and watch a perform.
Corrected to "We will go to Central by ferry, then to Ocean Park by Bus. We can play mobile games (??), visit the panda house and watch the performance.

Will you want to go I plan place?

1st: We don't normally say will you want. We either say WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO (MORE POLITE AND FORMAL) or DO YOU WANT TO GO.(MORE CASUAL)

2nd: this sentence should have 2 clauses with a conjuction joining them together. The first clause is to ask the person if he/she likes to go and the second clause is to define where they you are going to. As you are defining a place, we can either use the conjunciton WHERE or THAT

3nd: plan place doesn't really make sense. Try to think about the meaning. You have planned to go to a place. You can't plan a place, you can only make a plan to do something to it, e.g. plan the layout of a place

Correct sentence: Would you like to go to the place that I have planned to go.

I am very happy because Yiu will on 28 of September come to Hong Kong.

1st: the 28 of September is how we say it, when you put it down on writing, it should be 28th September.
2nd: word order: we don't put a date between an auxillary word and a verb
3nd: as the date is mentioned, this is an arranged event in the future, so present continuous tense (is coming) should be used instead of future simple tense (will come) in this sentense.

Correct sentence: I am very happy because Yiu is coming to Hong Kong on 28th September.

I look forward to see you soon.
Although TO is an infinitive marker and we have to use an infintive after it, TO is actually a preposition of (look forward) in this particular case. There is a rule in grammar that we have to add ing to a verb after a preposition.

Correct sentence: I look forward to seeing you soon!

I very happy you come from Hong Kong.

1st: happy is an adjective, so you need a verb before it.
2nd: you need two clauses in this sentense, one is to describe the state you are in (I am very happy), the other one to explain the reason why you are happy. You need to use the conjunction BECAUSE to join the two clauses together.

Correct sentence: I am very happy because you are from Hong Kong.

We eat lunch at Japan restaurant.

1st: eat lunch is chinese english, english native speakers say have/has lunch or had lunch depends on whether you had it or not.
2nd: Japan is a noun, you need an adjective (japanese) to describe the restaurant.
3nd: most singular countable words need an article (a/an/the) before them, and restaurant is one of them

The correct sentence: We had lunch at a Japanese restaurant.

I'm happy it is because you come to Hong Kong next week.

1st: happy is an adjective, you need the be verb (am) before it.
2st: you have already mentioned what IT IS is (you are happy) in the first part of the sentence,so you don't need to say IT IS again.

3nd: come to HK is an arranged future event, so you have to use simple continuous tense (you are coming to HK next week)

Correct sentence: I am very happpy because you are coming to HK next week.

Then we will 'by ferry' to Lautau Island visit Big Buddha.

1st: by ferry is a mean of transport. What by ferry? You need a verb after the auxillary verb will.
2nd: As there is only one Big Buddha in HK, you have to use the determiner THE with it.

Correct sentence: Then we will travel to Lantau Island by ferry to visit the Big Budda or
Then, we will travel by ferry to Lantau Island to visit the Big Budda (word order is a matter of preference)

Sentence no. 8

A few problems

1st:Again you need a verb after will
2nd:You are telling 2 different things in this sentence: One is to inform where you will be travelling to and how you are going to get there and the other is what you will be doing, so you should use two separate sentences.

Correct sentences: We will travel by ferry to Central and by bus to the Ocean Park. We will play mobile phone games, see the pandas and watch a performance.
