They are patients and they need to be cured and taken care of. They may not know what they are doing. Most of such people and their families do not have the knowledge. You cannot take them as normal people and ask them why they do abnormal things. You have to understand their situation and their pity and try to help them. They are also victims. They are suffering from the disorder.
