日後可能連公園、沙灘也要禁煙??

政府走火入魔~定有利益唔知佢~
只係理一方面既感受~已然唔係有人權~
好多野都要雙方面~咩都禁~好囉到時個個係到條街食~
我以前間OFFICE 係個個都食煙既~冇飛吸煙區(10個人有10個人食咁點)
呢家返酒吧~9成9都食煙既~佢話酒吧~娛樂場所唔比食煙MA
個個北上囉~到時D人咪失業囉~幾好丫~個個問政府拎錢搵唔到野做~
我想問下香港係唔係旅遊~同服務業多!!????唔好話黎香港玩既人個個唔食煙~冇一個食
到時佢地只可係酒店食~咁出外既消費又少左~
D唔吸煙既人想身體好~點解唔叫政府綠化~咁可以分解空氣中唔好既野~
車對人唔好啦~唔得有私家車囉~佢地政府人員有冇想過低層既人先~
我自己都好多FD係煙民~我自己都係~呢家搞到咩地方都唔比食~咁算點唔好賣煙啦不如
有幾成稅係煙到黎~點都有一半丫~自己睇下啦~
唔係成一半~全都係醫療到呀~唔係有D人睇醫生都冇錢呀~
立法~唔得有私家車~唔得開泠氣~唔可以賣髮膠啦~唔得用膠袋
想身體好唔係要求人地~係要求自己~
我只係想立法~店主可自由決定間SHOP係可以食煙OR唔比食
最好係店面寫比唔比食~唔係入到去先知~

接上列......................沙灘和公園都是室外，吸煙有何問題,d煙會被空氣...風...分散.......！o甘d車放出來的廢氣又點計呢?得罪講句>>>>>>>>>>>>>咁d廟d人上o個d香發出來d煙..............又應是甚麼呢？？？？？？？？？？對人體都是有害架。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

其實吸煙同人權根本就係兩樣野，如果一定要把佢跟人權拉上，就應該分吸煙同非吸煙食肆，大家都有權去選擇。

不過家下無計啦，非吸煙既議員多，所以咪迫政府一刀切囉。正所謂少數服從多數，不過我諗極都唔明，寫字樓都話要全面禁煙，咁如果我個office人人都吸煙，個地方又係我的，點解又要禁呢 ?? 關你地d非吸煙人屁事咩 !!

Smoking is harzadous to health, that has been scientifically proven. This is a global trend that the governments would take effective measures to prevent their people from addicting to tobacco. HK Government is also going in such a way.

而唔係個人意慾就等於人權,
咁你話鍾意打人又唔俾你打,
又係唔係=NO HUMAN RIGHT呢？

係公園可能會有一個吸煙區,沙灘就唔知lo~ 我認為public area唔比smoking係正確的~但我地都要為吸煙著想想,如沒有一個供他們吸煙的地方,佢地都一樣會唔理自己係邊,照吸~釆你都傻啦~建議在不同的公眾場所,分別設立吸煙區,室內室外都一樣,那就唔會影響其他不吸煙的市民了~!!!

it certainly fulfill human right.
its for the good of the general public...
its shown in researches that smoking is bad to our health...
the smokers definitely have no rights to force ppl to take their 2nd hand smoke...
if the smokers really want to smoke...
then... you should find an private indoor place for you to smoke.
e.g. ur own flat or if u are rich enough... smoke in your own private club house or if u are richer, you may smoke inside ur own private golf court...
but not in the restaurant, or the beach or the park...
its undesirable to hv nicotine, tars and other carcinogenic substances in our already polluted air...

禁煙好, 不是沒有人權. 只是保護其他人不會吸入二手煙o者. 如果你係非吸煙者, 迫住要你去吸二手煙, 你都會唔高興啦. 況且吸煙百害而無一利, 不吸也沒有損失. 不要將自己的快樂, 建築於他人的痛苦身上.
