我之前亂拋煙蒂被人罰左＄1500，交左罰款，咁我有冇案底？將來如果出外國有冇問題？

As it is a civil offend, no criminal record will be given. However if you do not pay and go to the court, there maybe a criminal record

呢d輕微事都算係刑事 不過唔會留案底放心
