what digits should i add before i can make a phone call from HK to China? I have the IDD plan already but i forgot the few digits that I should added in front of the #.

如果你只係join 左手機台的 idd 服務
你只需要按 + 號就可以了
假如你join 了坊間的idd plan
就要問番果間公司個 access code 啦
