i am sorry to say you are not eligible to apply for the spouse visa since you do not have a more 12 months de facto relationship with your boyfriend.
only if you have a more than 12 months de facto relationship with your boyfriend, you can then apply for a spouse visa. when you apply for a spouse visa, you will need to provide documents that prove your relationship such as joint bank account, letters or bills or rental documents that your names R shown (i.e. your name on letter with add.ABC and his name on another letter with add.ABC showing that at the same time, you two use this address and live together), photos that prove your r/ship for more than 12 months, statutory declarations from your friends or family members to prove their acknowledgement of your r/ship etc.
however, since you dont really have such a de facto r/ship with your boyfriend, you are not eligible to apply for any visa dependent on him at all. the only way is you can wait until your working holiday visa expires and the visa should last for 1 year. after that, you may be able to apply for the spouse visa dependent on your boyfriend. if so, you should start to prepare more evidence on proving the r/ship btw you two such as taking more photos with him and also friends, opening a joint bank account which you two should use this account to pay bills and save money showing that you two have intention to carry on the r/ship
otherwise, you may need to go back to your home country and then apply for a visitor visa after your working holiday visa expires. and when you get back to Australia, you can then apply for the spouse visa.
if you still have any queries, you can leave me a msg and i will get back to you
