Everyone has work pressure, and the main concern is how to deal with it. For an example, I would like to have more outdoor activities to express my pressure. If I could maintain a good/ constant condition, then I can provide my best to my company and contribute more profits.

Many people endures great pressure in their daily life but do not know how to deal with it. As for me, I like to spend more time outdoors as it helps to release tension. In this way, I believe I can maintain my health at an optimum level to work more efficiently.

Every worker has a certain extent of pressure, the main problem is how to deal with it. For myself, I would do some outdoor activities as a mean of relieving the pressure. If I can maintain a constant healthy body condition, I trust that I can assist the company to earn more profit.
