Organization Behaviour( 20 marks)

請問有沒有一套關於組織內鬥爭的戲

我是香港某大學的bba學生，正在讀一個organization behaviour的course，但是對書中的概念不太明白，又覺得書本的理論太死板，想從電影中學習。請問有沒有關於辨公室或任何機構、任何組織內的人事鬥爭的電影，最好是英文片。唔該晒各位前


A:office space (a mix of everything from racial issue, power trip, systems....etc.)
elizabeth, manchuria candidate (the new one) (watch how a woman maintain power in a man's world)
training day (see how danzel washington played a crooked cop maximizing his interest within a rigid system.
the experiment (german) (see how extreme people will fit themselves into their roles when given power over the others, to the point where they even forget who they really are)

i really doubt if you can learn organization behaviour from watching movies. you definitely won't see comparison of different hierarchy models in a movie.

1.該項工作不是一人之力可以完成
2.該工作特質是要求多人的意見/專業知識例如一些創意工業如電影
3.工作特質上需要不同層面的或崗位互相監察。銀行
4.該工作在時間上較長/有延續性/不可中斷。大型基建工程(有多位建築師以防人事調動或轉變，如只有一位建築師負責，一旦負責人有變會對工程做成很大的影響。)

通常只有特定技巧要求的工作才會是一人負責比多人負責好。如傳統工藝，例如手製紫砂茶壺，便由設計到製作由一人包辦，保持創作的完整及統一性。
個人服務，一對一的服務工作令顧客更滿意及有親切感。
另外十分簡單或己分工很細的工作也要求一人完成。如車衣，有人只車拉鍊，有人只車衫袖等
在現今社會，由於生產/業務己分成很細的工序，令生產/服務者可以更熟悉其工作(Practice make perfect)所以很多Tasks是由很多更小的Tasks組合而成，而小tasks是由不同的人負責，所以形成Groups。
