Online scanner

dunno why when i'm using the online from Trendmicro and Windows Live Scanner then
when i use trend micro something automatic shut the icon down
when i use windows live that sth give me a error report and stop me from scanning
actually the windows live scanner have scanned sth out
like 2 items 3 issues
but
sth stop me
what can i do
to scan it properly and fix the error?
