唔係就咁買番黎溶果 d ,而係e.g. 可可粉 加 d 咩,再加咩就可以整成......
同埋做法~~

1. Chocolate Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
•1 cup butter, room temperature
•3/4 cup granulated sugar
•1 1/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
•2 eggs
•2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
•3/4 teaspoon salt
•1 teaspoon baking powder
•1 teaspoon baking soda
•2 to 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
PREPARATION:
In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugars until light. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, salt baking powder, and soda; stir into the first mixture, blending well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Shape into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are light brown.
Makes about 4 to 5 dozen cookies.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter flavored shortening
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons Mexican vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter flavored shortening, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla .Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until light brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

you have to buy the cooking chocolate first depends on your choice of cocoa
the price varies. Than u have to cut it into small cubes, put into metal container
place over a pot of warm water on stove. Never let the container come into contact
with the water, wait til chocolate melted add butter(softened), add sugar than cream
stir and mix everything. remove from heat. cool. put into fridge. 3 hours later
take out and use a spoon to scrap a ball, roll with palm, dip into cocoa powder
now u have hand made truffle

可以啦梗係

1. 買一舊煮食用朱古力返黎, 約略將佢整碎d
2. 煲一煲水, 到佢開始有泡泡既時候收細個火佢
3. 將朱古力放入一個大碗度, 放係個煲上面
4. 係朱古力溶既呢個時候, 用匙羹一路打圈攬等佢d熱力平均d
5. 當朱古力變成幼滑液體狀就得架喇~! 可以熄火
6. 拎個有溶左朱古力碗出黎, 放埋一邊攤涼
7. 攤涼之後, 重覆step 2-5
6. 係朱古力模度掃一層好薄既牛油
7. 將朱古力慢慢用匙羹倒左個模度, 小心唔好比佢有氣泡~
8. 倒晒之後就搞掂~ 可以去雪
9. 朱古力變硬之後, 完成~! 倒出黎就得

*個裝水既煲最好大過個碗, 咁就唔會整到d水入去; 如果冇, 可以係個煲入面放個高腳果d蒸架, 再放個碗上去, 不過要小心唔好整到d水入去
*如果冇牛油, 其實咩煮食用既油都得, 不過一定唔可以搽得多, 唔係會食到d味
*雪既時間唔一定架...由一個鐘至一兩日都不定架...總之要變硬先得啦
*最好係放係室溫等佢凝固~ 咁佢就唔會咁易擺擺下溶喇~
*材料同朱古力模citysuper有得賣, 亦可以上網search烘焙材料店, 會平d多d選擇
