跑1500米
我陸運會參加了1500米跑步,因為老師迫我= =
有幾條問題想問
1.的人跑1500米係唔係好似平時行路咁???= =(好緊要呀)
2.點樣用氣最好,我沒跑過= =睇落好似好易,但落場跑係咪難好多????
3.最後,最容易跑有咩方法,輸唔緊要= =,點樣輸起黎,有盡心??=
=唔知自己問咩呀
總知我想問一個人沒跑過1500米的人.點樣跑係最好

It is From 1 when I first play this event, it is because I found it really interesting as I did not have an event running for that long during the Primary school days.
When I was on the trial run at school, I just did not know what to do and when started, I just wanted to catch up with the fastest runners. But after running for 400m, I became really tired and could not hold any longer and my position was dropping, and at last I finished the race as the last one.
After this event, I knew that a person who was not pratising for anytime before the competition could not run a 1500m event as a 400m one.
So during the finals, these were what I have done: Keeping myself calm, do not get nervous, think and try to run on a pace that you think you will still have strength to run after 750m, do not have the thought that you cannot be among the lasts(runners), and do not feel ashamed when you are among the least.
And this is how I 用氣: use the footstep as your breathing pace, breathe in 1, exhale out 3. That means the first step you breathe in, and the next three steps breathe out the air 1/3 at a time. After running for 750m, you start going tired so change the breathe in 1, exhale out 2. It is just like the music 4/4 and 3/4, it is easier if you have some knowledge about music. And around the last 100m - 200m, if you still got enough strength, you can use all your remaining 氣 to finish rest of the race at your top speed.
I have used this method and I was not the last in the finals, because I have overcome the person in front of me ^-^
And remember: DO NOT STOP AND WALK EVEN IF YOU ARE REALLY TIRED OUT. Keep it on and you will pass it and you will feel great after the run.
P.S. do not sit down immediately after the run, keep walking around for 2 minutes before sitting down, it help you calm yourself down(better than just sit down and rest).

我自問體育唔叻...跑步都好屎...我之前跑過一次1500m...不過跑尾2
我係用緩跑既方法跑...好似行路咁...不過係放慢晒腳步咁跑...
換氣個時最好慢慢呼氣...而一吸一呼要留意個節奏...節奏好跑得冇咁辛苦
其實要跑完最緊要睇個人意志...你堅持到要完成咁就會盡力完成個賽事...
其實贏同輸都冇所謂...依個係一個好機會練下個人意志力...
你自己都未跑過1500m要問人...如果你問一個冇跑過1500m既人點跑係最好就有點怪
我都未跑過ar...但係我下個月就陸運會....我擇左3000.....雖然好駁命...但係一定要跑步ga姿勢...如果唔係會比人開除運動員資格 . 1500都一樣...慢慢跑得架啦...千祈唔好快
