1)they will give you some cards and then give you 5 mins to talk about what you see in the picture. This is Solo after wards they will give you a situation and then ask you how would you handle it, this is a group excerise. You've got to speak up and give new ideas, usually it will be better if you speak first, so other people won't say what you have in mind.
2)Be proactive and friendly. Entire interview conducts in English. They need to know how much do you know about customer service and your knowlege in urgent cases
3) Nothing to prepare, dress smart, make up (if u r a girl), tidy your hair up 9if you have long hair), smile and be courteous
