The easy way is to travel by eurostar, from Waterloo Station in London to Paris (Gar Du Nord Station, in the City Centre). You may try
www.eurostar.com and see if you can book the tickets well in advance. It may be as cheap as £59 for a return ticket. (as I live in UK) The normal price will be around £79 to £2xx for return, the earliest the cheaper. You can collect tickets at the waterloo station. In Paris you can travel by underground as well.
For hotels,
www.ibishotel.com is a 2* budget hotel, quite clean and tidy, and near the station. Or you can log on to
www.octopus.com to find another hotel. There are photos about hotels. I would recommend a 3* rather than 2*.
If you are going to EuroDisneyland, you can travel by train at the Gar du Nord station.
