Drive門打不開？

do you meant the DVD drive sliding door can not be opened? There is a tiny hole in the front panel of the DVD drive.You can use a paper clip (straighten it into a pin) and put it into the tiny hole to open the door. You should also check the power line to ensure the supply. Did you can read the hardware under the My Computer window? If not, then the drive should be broken.
