These days, it is hard to imagine life without a mobile phone--something that still keeps the older folks like my old folk scratching her head. If anything, this is a huge untapped demographic for mobile makers to look into.

However, I digress. Without a phone, just think: Everyone will have to hunt down one of those fast disappearing payphones. You can not send SMS, play games, listen to Coldplay....etc. Not to mention that some people who rely on the phone as their alarm clock, calculator, mirror, fashion accessory, and even nightpub planner. So it was not a great big surprise that people rely so much on their handsets that they actually find it less stressful to lose their wallet or identity card.

If there is no mobile phone in our lives, everything will change and the world will become very different. Some adverse examples like people cannot communicate with each other easily while they are not at home and some important messages then cannot be told to the person you want to tell. However, there are still some favourable examples. One funny thing I could think of is that people will become more on time in dating because the people who arrived couldn't know where the late comer is and hence the absence of mobile phones will urge people to be on time. Also, much time will be saved for meaningless conversations and instant messages.
There are quite a number of ways to investige this issue but whether it is good or bad, we still need to admit the fact that people now couldn't live without mobile phones.
