DIFFERENT TYPES of FRUITS :
Tropical / exotic fruits
eg. : banana, red banana, mango, starfruit, lychee, etc.
Citrus fruits
eg. : orange, lemon, gruitfruit, etc.
Tree fruits
eg. : peaches, pear, cherries, apricot, apple, etc.
Fruit vegetables
eg. : tomato, red pepper, breen pepper, avocado, cucumber, etc.
Berries
eg. : strawberry, blueberry, cranberry, etc.
Melons
eg. : water melon, papaya, etc.
Some people don`t like to eat fruits mainly because they are too lazy to do the peeling of the fruit skins or they simply don`t like the seeds. Some people are ALLERGIC to fruits. That means they would become ill or their skin becomes red & painful when they have eaten certain fruits.
But I believe there`re lots of nutrition in fruits. We can get energy, detoxification, weight loss and improve our memory, etc. So, fruits are actually good for our health.
